Hi, I’m Alé!

I am Alejandra (Alé). I am originally from Mexico. I always knew I wanted to work in the beauty industry. Starting as a shampoo girl in a luxury salon, I worked my way up, learning many skills throughout my training. Then I found my true passion for perfecting hair color for blondes and brunettes as well as hair extensions.

I continue to further my education, learning new techniques. I am certified in Weft Extensions, I-Tips and K-Tips.

Running my own private suite allows me to take the time to focus on the level of detail needed for great color and build strong connections with my clients. Understanding who they are and what they truly want allows me to help them express their personalities through their appearance.

Policies

Lateness Policy

I do my best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc. – I get it. If you are running late please call me or text me to be aware. I want to be able to provide the desired service in its entirety. I will try my hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the time and service. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the appointments within the day. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate when canceling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment . In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give me at least a 24 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour mark a $50 fee charge will be incurred (color and extension appointments). If you fail to no show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee (color and extension appointments).

Service Policy

I take pride in my work. Above all else I want you to love the way you look and feel good after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service allow me to make the proper adjustments. Please contact the salon within 7 days of your service. After 7 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service fees may result. Any retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. I do not provide refunds on services or products.

Guest Policy

The salon suite is not child proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and fragile objects can all become a safety hazard with children. Children or additional guests are not allowed without an appointment at the salon.
